Swing keel boats like the Southerly are litteratly unknown in Denmark however, this gives us unique possibilities while cruising. But also the general arrangement is unique because of the large keel box in the middle of the ship. At the Southerly 110 this problem is solved elegantly by having the box built into tha large galley and the boat is very spacious considering its only 35 feet.
